Claremont Parks & Recreation is excited to offer a series of Kayaking Excursions throughout the summer, giving participants the opportunity to explore some of New Hampshire’s most scenic lakes and waterways. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or just looking for a relaxing day on the water, these guided trips offer something for everyone. Bring your own kayak or borrow one of ours—just come ready for adventure!

Each excursion will include travel to a featured destination, time to paddle and enjoy the water, and opportunities to socialize and enjoy the natural beauty around you. These trips are open to individuals, families, and small groups.

Summer 2025 Kayaking Schedule:

• Sunday, June 29 – Gunnison Lake ("Goshen Ocean")

• Tuesday, July 8 – Lake Warren, Charlestown

• Saturday, July 26 – Perkins Pond, Sunapee

• Wednesday, August 6 – Lake Massecum

• Thursday, August 21 – Lake Sunapee or Otter Pond (TBD)
