Project Overview: Arrowhead Rec. Area and Barnes Park bathrooms are in need of upgrades to be in compliance with ADA standards.

Cost/Funding: $75,000.00 in funding was approved by the city through Capital Improvement Funds. The cost of the project will be $75,000.00.

Contractor: All Trades Contracting, LLC.

Other Notes: Arrowhead Recreation Area has volunteered time to help paint the inside of the bathrooms at Arrowhead Rec. Area and local Rec. Commission member, Mark White, has volunteers to help paint the inside of the bathrooms at Barnes Park to help the project meet budget. The original proposal from All Trades Contracting, LLC, who was the only bidder on the project, came in at $79,000.00. After negotiations with the contracting company, we were able to volunteer the painting portion of the project out and reduce the overall project cost to the budgeted amount of $75,000.00.
