Join us on September 11th for a meaningful remembrance event as we honor the lives lost during the tragic events of 9/11 through a symbolic stair climb.
Participants will take part in climbing the equivalent of 110 stories, representing the height of the Twin Towers. This physical act serves as a tribute to the 2,996 individuals who perished, including 343 FDNY firefighters, 421 emergency workers, and 71 law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Whether you choose to complete the full climb or modify it to your fitness level, your participation pays respect to the courage and sacrifice shown on that day.
Training Opportunities:
To help participants prepare for the climb, we are offering two optional conditioning classes:
Sunday, July 20th at 7:00 AM
Sunday, August 17th at 7:00 AM
Both classes will be held at the Claremont Visitor Center, weather permitting.
We invite all community members to take part in this solemn event of reflection, unity, and remembrance.
