Project: Trestle Bridge Deck Repairs

Where: Rail Trail

Timeline: Currently, the project is still under review through the NH Division of Historic Resources. Once we gain approval from them to move forward, we are anticipating work to begin late Summer 2025.

Why: The wooden decking on the trestle bridge along the rail trail has been experiencing deterioration over the last few years. The decking is in need of full repair.

Cost/Funding: $37,138.10 is the total project cost. $30,138.10 (80%) from the Recreational Trails Program Grant. $7,534.00 (20%) from matching funds allocated from the City.

Other Notes: The project is still under review by the NH Division of Historic Resources. Once the review is complete, we can move forward with the project.
